First planted over two decades ago with Arbequina and Frantoio varieties, our trees are organically farmed to preserve the olive's naturally pure and robust flavors. Hand-harvested at ideal ripeness at our Sonoma Coast / Russian River Valley Estate, our premium extra virgin olive oil was professionally milled and bottled at Goldridge Organics in Sebastopol, California.
