Mike Raffan has over four decades of practical experience in hospitality, agriculture and manufacturing industries such as restaurants, vacation rentals, wineries and vineyard operations. Skills include HR management, business management, manufacturing, supply chain management, and sales and marketing.
Mike has been passionate about wine all of his working life. In the wine business since 2006, he has experience overseeing all aspects of vineyard and winery operations for over 15 years. Wineries he has owned and/or operated:

ESG methods have become an imperative and Mike is exploring ways to deliver inter-generational well-being within the complex systems of the world. Recently achieving an education in the ESG field from Stanford, Mike is currently advising CER - Current Energy & Renewable Corp. and can assist in the transition from the old-world to the new-world of sustainable and renewable energy while achieving a robust profit.
